1. Delete local app data
- Uninstall Eggdoro from your device to remove its locally stored app data.
- On some devices you can also clear app storage directly in operating system settings instead of uninstalling.
- If your operating system restores app data from a backup, some settings or history may return when you reinstall from that backup.
2. What local data this covers
- Onboarding completion state.
- Selected animals and hatch history.
- Background, sound, reminder, and timer option preferences.
- Stored notification preference state on the device.
3. Subscription and purchase records
- Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, not through a standalone Eggdoro account system.
- Manage or cancel recurring subscriptions through your platform store.
- Store and billing providers may retain transaction records as required for payment processing, fraud prevention, tax, or accounting.
4. Support correspondence
If you previously contacted Infinite Apps for Eggdoro support and want that correspondence reviewed for deletion, use the support channel on the support page and clearly identify your prior message.
